Hey everyone , Wondering if anyone else has had this issue with there keys locking inside the vehicle( 2021 Tahoe ). With the vehicle locked my wife on a few occasions has opened the trunk loaded the back and put her bag w/ keys inside the trunk and closed it only to be locked out entirely.Once you have a large enough gap, take your hanger and bend it into an “L” shape. Slowly work the hanger into the space behind the weather stripping moving it downward. You should feel the door latch and lock mechanism.
